What San Antonio Says About Us
I was nervous about sending out my grandmother's Persian rug. RugStoreUSA hand washed it beautifully. It looks better than the day we bought it. The free pickup was a huge bonus!
Our dog had multiple accidents on our area rug and I thought it was ruined. These guys got every stain AND the smell completely out. Seriously impressive.
What I love is that they actually know the difference between rug types. They didn't just throw my wool rug in a machine. They explained how they'd hand wash it. True professionals.
